This was our seventh time at the hotel. There was a lot of renovation last year. All three restaurants in the main building were renovated. They are very nice and modern. The water in the new slides' pools is heated. So it can be used in winter. Our favorite place was the renovated cafe and non-stop bakery. Lots of delicious baked goods await hungry guests. The cakes are beautiful and delicious. We would like to thank the ever smiling Abdallah Saied, the manager of the cafe. The waiters were kind and fast.

Everything was excellent, and this definitely won’t be my last visit. I’ve stayed here before, and it continues to exceed my expectations every time. It’s truly one of the best destinations for families — comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized. I always look forward to coming back. A special thanks to the reception team, who were outstanding throughout my stay. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return again!

Bonne situation géographique, nourriture excellente, équipements corrects

Le personnel est débordé et nous accorde peu de temps. C'est un peu l'usine à touristes. Hôtel très bruyant dans les couloirs tôt le matin, malgré une demande de chambre au calme. Hotel pratique pendant quelques jours pour faire les excursions aux iles

I would like to thank for beautiful holiday in this hotel. Very nice place close to AirPort and Grand Aquarium. Plently of food, tasty desserts and ice-cream. Superb aquapark, heated pools, clean beach. Very kind staff, especially Mr.Shadi from the reception, Mr. Tamer Saad lifeguard and all animators team always helpful and with smile on faces. We love Pickalbatros in Egypt. This was our umpteenth visit in this chain and level is 👌

A little bit poor underwater life for snorkelling.

Die Anlage sowie Hotelzimmer, Strand waren sehr schön besser als auf den Bildern. Der Pool am Strand war beheizt und auch ein Pool bei den Rutschen. Die anderen waren nicht beheizt und ziemlich kalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keiner verlangt Trinkgeld. Die einzigen Mitarbeiter, die nervig sind, sind von Spa. Man muss mehrmals am Tag Nein sagen und trotzdem wird man am nächsten Tag wieder gefragt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. The Bakery hat 24 Stunden geöffnet und die Donuts, Kuchen und Torten sehr lecker. Der Cappuccino einfach Weltklasse.

Dass das Restaurant mittags im unteren Bereich von Marche nicht wirklich viel Auswahl hat.

All was perfect and staff so friendly 🫶 Food variet, drinks 👍, every night interesting show. Thanks a lot - hope we will see next year again.
