Nostravila Resort and Spa

Heavenly beautiful place. Very big rooms, with a beautiful river passing by near our villa. So dreamy n clean. We had a free spa too.

Food can be much better

The location especially the backdrop of hills was amazing. The walk around the premises was serene & soaked in lush greenery. The facilities were good.

The warm water did not flow continuously in the shower area. I think, efforts need to be taken towards upkeep of all the villa structures.

The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very spacious.

The road leading to the property is dicey and can be difficult to navigate especially when it’s raining. The road is muddy and can lead to accidents.

Good amenities, good restaurant, clean rooms, picturesque property.

The road connecting the main road to the property is made of stones and boulders.

The location was great and due to rain in nearby mountains the fog had come down, well the mountains are since several millions of years and we need to preserve it

1. The hot water supply was not continuous and the facility has gas Gyeser which is not safely secured. How the third party or internal audits been carried or the Vila management has missed the safety factor. 2. The swimming pool water was not clean, staff gave the rain is reason for translucent pool which I disagree. The pool deck tiles have several sharp edges which is not baby friendly and one can get sharp cuts after sometime of soaking in water. Some tiles are broken and have very sharp edges which need to be attended soon. 3. The reception closed after 10 pm and I needed the extra blanket but no one picked up the phone. Next day they said I should have called earlier or the security which I did not know, I had to mange with towel. My daughter doesn’t take blanket easily and kicks it away when asleep. 4. The ceiling has double sheeting of some fiver material which is not easy to make out at a glance. Entire night the fluttering sound of these sheets disturb in strong wind and rain. The cheap ceiling stuff sometime sounds like banging when the gust of wind blew. 5. The bathroom tiles are not anti skid type but mirror polished which is not safe. 6. The roof was not clean or the it’s material has started to break in fine powder which comes down with the rain and makes the pool dirty within a night, then the pool need to be cleaned soon. The staff unable to clean it in short notice. 7. The room service is slow, although the food taste was good but the price is of five star and service is below three star. The reception or room services misses out one or more order and after an hour when it is delivered then they again have to be reminded which takes even more time.

The architecture is simply awesome. The creator has put his heart and soul into the design and execution. Even the food is just superb !
