Mercury Phu Quoc Resort & Villas - Free Airport Pick-up

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города. Для поездки предоставляется бесплатный трансфер, но пользовались такси. Как было заявлено также отель предоставил бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. При заселении берется депозит в размере 100 долларов либо паспорт. Мы жили в отеле в конце межсезонья народу было мало, комфортно, тихо. Персонал отеля исполняет все просьбы и пожелания отдыхающих. Каждый вечер отель предоставлял комплемент : фрукты или небольшие пирожные. Недалеко от отеля находится жемчужный магазин, 10 минут ходьбы. Если пойти в другую сторону , то в соседнем отеле интересные инсталляции на берегу. Есть на территории отеля 2 небольших магазинчика. Но если нужно что-то существенное, надо ехать в город. Мы например не смогли купить на территории отеля батарейки для прибора для измерения давления, поехали в город. В отеле есть русскоговорящий сотрудник. Виктор пытается и решает все ваши проблемы. Спасибо ему.

Location of resort was good although a bit far from the shops and restaurants. There was a small convenience store nearby for water and snacks. Pool was excellent. Beach area was perfect with enough deck chairs and towels and a nearby shower area. Staff were helpful and attentive. We were able to book tours and a shuttle bus was provided twice a day for visits to a pearl factory, silk processing store and King Kong Mart where there was a lot of clothing, clothing, gift ideas for sale. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Sea was good but on occasion there was a lot of plastic waste washed up onto the beach. The staff regularly cleared this. On occasion the water was cloudy and a bit smelly. Generally water is not clear but acceptable. Limited choice for breakfast in terms of vegetarian food and NO halal food for the large number of Muslim guests that do stay here. The curries I ordered for dinner were tasteless and the 'naan' bread was not up to standard resulting in me pointing this out.

Everything!! The first room was on the 4td floor, and when we asked for main floor, we were offered a main floor room with walkout to pool!!! Love every minute of our stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and so happy.
