This is the first hotel ever that we decided to leave two days earlier because of its bad service and awful food. Also, the hygienic conditions of this place are rather doubtful, because this is where my husband got bitten by the dengue mosquito. Restaurant food was too bad. This wouldn't be an issue if there was a possibility to dine in other restaurants. But the hotel is so much isolated that you are forced to dine in Cocotinos restaurant. Also, depending on a shift, you can be served a cocktail practically without alcohol. Prices are very expensive for what it is. Rooms are outdated, beds are very uncomfortable, not one night we slept well. It's impossible to take shower properly, because water is dripping not flowing.

Everything about the hotel is fine. It's a bit pricey, but for good reasons. They made dinner for us, even though we were the only guests that night. They gave us a free upgrade, because they haven't had that many guests at that time.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were great.

The whole property needs an update, the wifi system is about 10 years old.

The breakfast was fantastic! So much good food to eat that on day two we had to ask for less. The location was fantastic with sea views from kitchen and pool area. Felt like our own private beach with a private pier to walk down and enjoy spotting sea life. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They made arranging everything very easy and made sure that our experience was relaxing and memorable. We would definitely consider coming back.

Our stay was great. Although the room and drink prices were a bit more than I am personally used to paying, the location, comfort and service made it worth it. The shower draining properly was an issue that did not fully get resolved.

Staff is so gentle, nice and helpful. Location is literally on the beach so we can just take a walk on private beach or in the dock. Breakfast is okay

Location is so far from city and there is no public transportation, so you need to book taxi or grab when you were on city and make booking for return to airport.

Perfect location for relaxing. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed the village tour and snorkel trip to the nearby islands that I arranged with the front desk. The beach front location is perfect for reading and watching the sunrise & sunset. The staff were extremely polite and helped me book my onwards journey.

The location is more remote so bear this in mind if you’re planning lots of activities outside of the area and allow for travel time.
