White Feather Resort Kauncha

Resort is amazing, the view is exceptional but the staff is pathetic. They are not doing justice to the property. They really dont care about their customers. Only because of the service my experience was horrible. I would suggest to try other resorts in the area. They just dont care to improve it was quite understood from their behaviour.

There was no internet in room room need to be renovated.

No Internet its basic necessities.

The location and the concept of clean and comfortable tents

The lock in the toilet was too hard for my wife

We stayed with friends in White Feather Resort Kauncha, this property near Dudhani Lake and good property with nice location... Rooms are clean and staff was polite and professional. Suggestion - good property for family and with friends.

The place is nice and could have been good place to stay but management is interested in hosting corporate parties. They keep playing loud music for corporates, they are not interested in family’s quiet stay. Nosiest place that have been till today Also service is so slow and delayed, you have to keep calling service number but somehow they are not interested since they are serving only corporate clients. They do not have any rules for corporate clients, they just have rules for individual guests.

Location is good but far away from Highway , also Service and maintenance is not at all managed. 1. Whatever you ask will take more then 2-3 calls to get to you. Bad service and delayed for sure. 2. Half of the time they say we cannot do anything about issues with rooms. Maintenance is needed very badly and management or service desk is least concerned about servicing the customers. 3. Till midnight parties keep on going for corporate clients so they will not service the single room occupants. Least concerned about single room occupants. 4. Do not expect much if going to this place except for location.

Location is the best. it is just close to the Dudhni lake. property area is also good, neat and clean. they have small swimming pool and game area. better stay in tent as Some of tents are lake facing. I liked the swing they have near to pool.

I stayed in cottage. room was big but quality of facilities within room was not good. they have tents also and looks like tent are better compared to cottage. Cottage location in resort is also not good. Only Veg restaurant. Breakfast was good though.

We went for a Dinner in this resort. It is located nearby to beautiful picturesque Dudhani Lake. The food was awesome and the ambience was very good. The service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly. The food was too overpriced for the less quantity served.
