Location, room, pool, friendly staff all excellent.

Safe not bolted down. Padlocks for door locks, limited breakfast.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff great

Pool mostly, mould up the walls. This not a healthy thing to see. Broken pool chairs, just get ride of them. Mould on most of pool cushions, need cleaning or replaced. Staff need to pick up rubbish that's just laying around.

En general todo muy bien, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y grandes, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el personal era muy amable, esta muy cerca de la playa y en una de las calles principales, pero en la habitacion no se oia nada de ruido. La piscina esta muy bien y limpia. El desayuno es correcto.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, beautiful rooms which were much larger than other rooms at hotels. Beautiful grounds. Staff so helpful and polite. Pool area nice, clean, large, perfect temperature. We didnt have breakfast there so no comment regarding breakfast. Fantastic location, despite being on Jl. Kayu Aya, it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful. Super big bed, very comfortable. Great COLD air con. 100% would recommend and will be coming back here again

The ONLY thing was the pool bar was not open

The bed, the pillows and the sheets were great. The location is amazing. Staff nice and friendly. Our room Was cleaned and tidy every day. New water bottles refilled every day also.

Very very old and outdated. No lights at the stairs and infront of the door. The hotel needs a handy man to fix all the things which are not working. The door opens very hard, the walls are not being renovated, no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Water in the shower very very slow , takes ages to wash your hair. After I saw the condition of the hotel didn’t risk having my free breakfast. Scared of Bali belly. Very dark in the dressing area , there’s a make up table but you must do your make up in the dark. Staff opened the window in the bathroom and straight away we had mosquitoes. Not enough sunbeds by the pool…

väldigt dålig frukost. checkade ut dagen efter då detta inte alls va vad vi ville ha. Men har fortfarande (2 veckor) efter vi checkat ut fått tillbaka pengar eller ens svar från hotellet.

Spacious and with Bali charm. The garden was stunning and the staff marvelous

It needs some attention. It has the potential for a top hotel but somethings are not up to par. Breakfast was ok
