Great stay to get out of the hustle and bustle of main town, staff extremely friendly and food yum and fresh! Offer free transport to town and offer day trip packages to the islands, beautiful amongst the forest with birds and animals surrounding the villas, pool lovely and clean. Highly recommended staying here :)

Semporna como ciudad no tiene mucho que ver por lo que es una buena opción coger un hotel con piscina, alejado y tranquilo para descansar tras las excursiones. Los chicos que trabajan allí son super majos y te llevan y te recogen del jetty cuando les avisas así que también eso es super cómodo.

Spałem w największym domku, bardzo dużo miejsca. Domek wyposażony podstawowo. Obok domku miejsce na zaparkowanie samochodu. Gospodarz pomocny. Miejsce ma olbrzymi potencjał i z zewnątrz wygląda fajnie. Jest basen (nie miałem okazji skorzystać).

W samym domku było sporo szpar, którymi wchodziły duże karaluchy i inne owady - osobiście wpadłem na dwa w łazience i pokoju, które po zmroku mogą przyprawić o szybsze bicie serca. Podsumowaniem całości (jeśli chodzi o owady) był spory pająk na poduszce córki - dość głośno mi to zasygnalizowała :). Śniadania można sobie odpuścić, bardzo podstawowe. Stosunek jakości do ceny - mierny. To był najdroższy obiekt w jakim spałem a jednocześnie jeden ze słabszych (spędziłem ponad 3 tygodnie w Malezji). Odległość od centrum to kilka kilometrów ale problemem są korki i tempo jazdy ! Spokojnie możemy jechać te kilka kilometrów ponad 30 minut (mój rekord to 60 minut).

El alojamiento se encuentra a unos 15 minutos del centro de Semporna, pero ellos te ofrecen transporte para ir y volver. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones y las habitaciones están en bungalows, que son amplios.

De sfeer is erg goed; huiselijk, informeel en zeer vriendelijk. Kamers zijn groot en schoon dit geldt ook voor het sanitair (eigen badkamer met toilet). Het ontbijt was "home-cooked" , afwisselend en erg smakelijk. Iedere ochtend volgende een ander ontbijt. Wij genoten o.a. van een "Englisch breakfast" een "Chinees breakfast" en een "Maleis breakfast". Dit ontbijt was altijd aan te vullen: toast met beleg zoals jam en pindakaas, fruit, sinaasappelsap, koffie en thee. Diner: wederom "home-cooked" , kleine kaart, eenvoudig maar zeer smakelijk. Diner kan tevens overeenkomstig eigen verzoek worden samengesteld en bereid. Men is ook bereid om zelf gekocht voedsel te bereiden. De accommodatie verzorgd dagelijks vervoer van en naar Semporna. Communicatie met staf gaat zeer goed en efficiënt. Men houdt zich keurig aan de gemaakte afspraken. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding gelet op ander accommodaties in dit gebied.

Relatief ver van Semporna gelegen. Volledige afhankelijkheid van taxi en het vervoer verzorgd door de eigenaren van de accommodatie. Toch zijn wij van mening dat een verblijf in Semporna of op een resort op het water geen alternatief was geweest.

The location of Timba Garden is strategic because in 15-20 minutes you can be in Semporna but your are out of the chaos of the city. The staff is always available a they offer free transport to the city centre. They also organize boat trips to the near islands. We were there for two nights after coming back from Pom Pom Island and it was a super cozy place. Don’t expect luxury, but Semporna is a very poor city and this place offers a little bit of relax. The room is quite humid and the air conditioning is not working very well but this is okay. The breakfast is good and it is cooked at the moment in the little kitchen they have, everyday it’s different. On request it is also possible to have a good dinner cooked from the chef, we tried it and it was delicious.

Highlight of our trip! Such a comforting, relaxing space in a quiet area. They have made their home/garden so beautiful and our room was very spacious and clean. Nani was amazing! She cooks amazing food for breakfast and dinner, did our laundry for us, and made us feel so at home! The cats and kittens were an extra bonus for us :) Thank you so much Nani for all your efforts!
