Staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a nice swimming pool. Rooms are spatious and clean and the area is nice. The place feels like a homestay.

Communication and organisation can sometimes be better. But if you realize that this is more like a homestay and that the staff really wants you to have the best time, it's not a big issue.

Corners of the room and bathroom were spotty. Maybe due to rooms were not always occupied. Need to be cleaned up before guest stay

I absolutely loved everything about this place. It’s beautifully located in the middle of nature, they offer pickups to the city center and organize various tours to the nearby islands. The hosts are amazing, the breakfast is excellent, and they always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I can recommend this place without hesitation!

•The free shuttle to the city is a great service. Staff personally drive you in their own car at certain times. • The staff is friendly and helpful, but communication can be difficult as they speak very little English.

•The location is very far from Semporna – you are dependent on the shuttle. • Hygiene leaves much to be desired. •Both the pool and the hot tub were unusable because they had no water. The pool was being refilled, but even after our entire 3-night stay, it had only reached about half full. • The staff mixed up our room with another guest’s. When we tried to report it, they told us to switch rooms ourselves, but the other guest was already inside and settled. We ended up keeping the room, paying more, and still received a worse room. • We did not try the food offered because it did not appeal to us due to the lack of hygiene.
