Het uitzicht was erg mooi en je had er een mooie zonsondergang. Het eigen balkonnetje was ook top.

Het was anders dan verwacht. We dachten een huisje aan zee te hebben maar zaten in een gebouwtje daarnaast op de 1e verdieping. Verder lijkt het op de foto’s dat je meteen vanuit je verblijf de zee in kan om te zwemmen, maar het is geen zwemstrand. En bij eb is het een stukje lopen voordat je bij de zee bent. De douche had weinig druk en was niet goed af te stellen qua temperatuur. Het personeel was niet echt behulpzaam. En als laatste sloot de schuifdeur niet goed af en 1 van de 2 kon niet eens open.

It is right on the beach, you hear the waves and tide all night. The small porch and the view day and night are everything. It has all that is needed for a stay on the beach, few details are well thought of. Access to the canoe and paddle board are very charming add on. Good area of San Juan generally. Plenty of eateries and restaurants around, ATM and SPA right across, convenience store, etc. One of the best places we stayed at in the Philippines.

Lacking any noise insulation. You can hear all the neighbours and if some are inconsiderate, you are up with them at 5 AM. There should be policies regarding that and some obligatory “quiet” hours. Breakfast offer in its bar/restaurant relatively pricey for the country.

De zeer ruime kamer zag er nog beter uit dan op de foto's. Mooi balkon met frontaal zeezicht. We kregen ook een kerstcadeautje.

De waterdruk was zo goed als onbestaande op de 2e verdieping. Zeer moeilijk moeilijk om deftig te douchen zo.

The beach view and distance

The location is waterfront. Although the water is too shallow to swim, the view & sunset is beautiful.

The bar food & service was average. Bar staff don’t acknowledge customers or serve until being asked. Food & drinks have average 30 or more minutes wait.
