Loved pool and mountain view / location and ambience of the eating area , comfortable bed.

We didn’t like the restaurant food It is a remote location so taxi is expensive

Brak opcji rezerwacj noclegow i ze sniadaniem. Sniadania kupuje sie z Menu i sa w cenie kolacji. To troche psuje klimat. Dolozylbym opcje rezerwacji pokoju wraz ze sniadaniem.

Location, location, location. Superb panoramic ocean and mountain views. Nice food including healthy breakfast (real oats, not the instant rubbish). Good infinity pool. Could have stayed much longer.

No real complaints. Staff worked hard to resolve a couple of glitches we had. Lots of steps (but kept this 70 yo fit!)

We had a lovely stay here. The room was comfortable and spacious (we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids). All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even helped with our luggage to and from our room, even at 6:45am to get to our morning shuttle van to the port on check out. The views from our room and the restaurant / pool area were spectacular.

The breakfast options were on the pricier side and as the hotel isn't near any other restaurants (which we were aware of when booking) and therefore no where else nearby to get breakfast, perhaps a simple breakfast with tea/coffee should be included in the room rate, with the option to 'upgrade' to a fuller breakfast if needed? We also had a few days where the shower was cold, however it was eventually rectified and the staff were always quick to try and resolve for us each morning.

The housekeeping staff let the door of the room open duing cleaning. Because of that, a giant lizard (40 centimeter) was in our room. The staff did not allow to change to another room and the lizard was not removed but locked behind the closet. If felt unsafe to sleep in the room with this giant lizard inside. The next day, the same thing happened and a 20 centimeter lizard was in the bathroom (the staff did remove this one). There is a camera continuously filming the balcony and inside the room (see photos), so it is not not recommended to walk around naked in the room without closing the curtains. In general (also with clothes on) this is not good for privacy anyway. There's a sheet with a separate blanket on the bed instead of a duvet. That makes sleeping less comfortable. Cleaning of the premises could be better (see photo). There is construction going on on the premises which causes noise.

The area is beautiful Mountain View’s and swimming pool is nice

The rooms are substandard beds old uncomfortable holes by a cheap little AC that doesn’t cool the room big cracks by the AC bugs come in easy, far from stores etc.
