Quiet well-located oasis close to three excellent beaches, all reachable on foot. Friendly helpful owner explained how to get to them as well as organized a car/drive for our next destination. A/C worked very well and there was a nice drying rack for clothes, something you really need when in a beach town. Breakfast was excellent and changed daily, nice when you are there for three days.

In our opinion, the positon is great, close to some beautiful beaches (e.g. slient beach where we could swim), not too far from Tangalle by bike or tuk tuk (10 min) if you fancy a more vibrant atmosphere for a day, modern rooms (with real hot water), relaxing and very clean. They have also bike to rent which is very convenient to exlore the area. Last but not least, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend Sky Resort.

A lot of fruits for breakfast but personally we prefer traditional salted sri lanka breafast (e.g. dhal, roti, hoppers) bur not a big deal, really

Room was big and very clean. Owners was super friendly and helpful. You need to take tuktuk when you want to go eating, but you can walked best beaches on the area. We rented scooter from owners. Room also have no any holes etc. so no any bugs, keggos or other things in room which is super great!

We liked everything, but maybe could be nice to have a towel for washing hands. 😊

Rooms are aesthetically well presented, with nice furniture, lockable drawers, comfortable beds with excellent mosquito nets (4 poster fashion). Excellent aircon and fan combination and plenty modern plug sockets. There is a reasonably priced mini bar and a kettle etc...The grounds provide a pleasant outlook and are well maintained. Reasonably well located for beaches, local amenities and the bus route. Breakfast is modest but fine. Nice hosts.

We were lucky to stay five nights in the apartment and couldn't have asked for a better place. Everything was clean, the location is perfect (close to one of the best beaches in Sri Lanka) and the little kitchen allowed us to cook dinner. The hosts are also super nice and will help you with everything that you need :)

Maybe one or two more plugins in the room

Large, comfortable rooms with excellent aircon. Beautiful grounds with peacocks and monkeys and shy kittens roaming around. Excellent location less than ten minute walk down to Silent beach and a couple of local restaurants enroute. Would stay again!

They only take cash for payment, not an issue but be good to be told prior to arrival as there’s no cash points nearby.

Beautiful and exceptional value for money. The property and gardens are top quality in build and finish. The host family are just lovely people. It is 5 minutes walk from secret beach undoubtedly the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka. This is the place to chill and relax and my favourite place by a mile after travelling Sri Lanka for 3 weeks. I would definitely return to SkyResort.

I am not going to mark SkyResort down for the following trivial points but just add so that people are aware. WiFi is weak so if you need Internet it's best to have a data SIM card. Final payment can not be made by card due to the above point so bring some cash to cover the bill.
