This place is a health hazard. The hotel is infested with rats, mice, and all kinds of insects. There is mold everywhere — on the walls, ceiling, even around the bed area. The smell is unbearable, and it’s impossible to stay here without feeling sick. To make things worse, the management is completely unhelpful and refuses to negotiate if you want to cancel, change your dates, or get a refund. They just don’t care about your health or your experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this nightmare of a hotel.

Design setting, book a Villa with balcony offering sea views and private pool facing the mountain for privacy. Loved the shower with skylight! We enjoyed having breakfast in the outdoor area (unbeatable views) at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and kind. Property’s location is worth the long (but comfy) journey from the airport!

Things that would turn this property from good to great: - Brighter lights in living area (too dark for reading at night) - More glass bottles of filtered water - Ceiling fan in bedroom (currently AC only) - Have chairs in the bedroom - Replace the wood sink and cabinet in shower area! - With all the Villa space, a proper desk and chair would be good for using a laptop or dining - Staff can take the initiative to take orders from customers lounging by the pool

The staff were super accomodating, only there for 2 nights (was not long enough) and they were extremely good at helping us do activities last minute. It really made our time feel special.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, really took the extra step to make sure the guests get the best service. Good restaurant, we had a great time here. It is an isolated place, but the Tiing had everything you need.
