The property was nice looking but very dirty Not like the photo on the web that’s for sure

The staff was very not nice and the place was not clean at all, a lot of noise at night

"Disappointing, overrated, overpriced experience"

Close to the beach. The huts are renovated and decorations are nice. Swimming pool was also refreshing. The hotel has great potential if it wasn’t for the bad management

The least welcoming and least friendly hotel staff we’ve come across in Sri Lanka. The staff - especially the foreign ladies who were in charge of bookings and daily management - were full of themselves and were seemingly bothered if we’d ask for information or order sth at the bar. They lack professionalism in dealing with guests. No change of towels if you stay multiple days, room cleaning is not on their priority list. our room had been renovated (or built new?) and had a nice boho vibe, but the bathroom walls were full of ants and the room full of mosquitos - no mosquito nets. I feel the hotel is overrated for the services it offers. Too bad, it could have great potential. I hope they learn how to properly treat tourists

Nice pool area, good balcony and sea view

Staff weren’t very attentive, seemed over staffed and nobody knew what was going on, no kettle, hair dryer or iron in the room

AJ and the staff are amazing and helpful, took care of all our needs during our stay. They welcomed us warmly, the surf instructors were super friendly professional and patient. The place is beautiful. We had a perfect stay. The kids didn’t want to leave. Definitely a place to go back to.

Nothing really, just there is no daily room cleaning. It’s once every few days. But when we asked for cleaning they came right away.
