Most definitely, the food and the girls in the restaurant. They were smiling all the time and making the stay more pleasant.

There were power outages. It wasn't nice (but bearable), because we were there in December and it was cold. I don't know if it is was bad luck, or it is something usual.

Our stay at the Hotel was truly unforgettable, like a dream come true. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcomed. Mr. Walid and the entire staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel not like guests, but like family. Our room was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need, thoughtfully prepared and very comfortable. Waking up in such a unique atmosphere was an experience we will never forget.Both breakfast and dinner were included, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Dining in such a magical setting made the experience even more special.Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra. Thank you, Mr. Walid, and thank you to the entire team for your incredible hospitality, kindness, and attention to every detail. You made our time in Petra truly special, and we will always remember this experience with a smile.

GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THE GLASS BUBBLE. FOOD WAS GOOD AND THERE WAS LOTS OF IT. POOL WAS EMPTY AS NO ONE ELSE WAS STAYING HOWEVER THEY FILLED IT UP BY THE NEXT DAY FOR US.

WE GOT SOME WASHING DONE TO KEEP US GOING UNTIL OUR TRIP TO INDONESIA - A PLACE WHERE WASHING IS VERY CHEAP TO DO. WE WEREN'T GIVEN A PRICE GUIDE ON WASHING CLOTHES AND UNFORTUNATELY IT ENDED UP BEING EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I BELIEVE AROUND 80 OR 90 JOD - CLOSE TO $200 AUD! THIS UPSET US GREATLY.

I can’t say enough. We were there off season, everyone was so kind & helpful. We had a fantastic time. The food is delicious & the dome room rooms are super cool & comfortable.
