Frühstück kam von ausserhalb. Eier waren deshalb kalt als wir um 9:10 statt um 9:00 zum Frühstück kamen.

Sad it was a bit quiet. Tourists apparently staying away from Jordan due to the conflict in the region. Jordan is completely safe and a joy to visit

Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und typisch arabisch. Die Kuppeln sehen von außen sehr schön aus und wirken auf den ersten Blick besonders. Abends sieht man die Sterne am Himmel! Sehr schön!

Die Anlage ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und viele Bereiche sind vom Wüstensand verschmutzt. Der Pool war zwar nutzbar, aber voller Algen und nicht wirklich einladend. In den Kuppeln ist es nicht möglich, das Zimmer morgens abzudunkeln – sobald die Sonne aufgeht, wird es sehr hell, was das Schlafen erschwert. Für den hohen Preis ist das Resort daher leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Domes zijn beetje verouderd. Je kan jammer genoeg de sterren niet zien vanuit je kamer. Er zat een schorpioen in onze kamer

The staff were extremely welcoming and very informative in helping me plan my visit to Petra. The location of the resort was also superb. They have some very nice domes/bubbles and this is a great place to sleep when staying the night in the Petra area.

The one thing I must mention is, if you are looking for a spectacular star-viewing experience, you will not find it here. I am surprised none of the other reviews included this particular information as I was searching for it high and low when researching my options before making my booking. Let me be the one to provide you with it. The bubble domes are great, and you do get a nice wide view, but unfortunately due to the location of the resort on lower grounds as opposed to higher grounds, the night sky is not particularly visible. The fact the domes face towards the reception/parking/swimming pool area of the resort also ruin the potential to see the stars because they keep many lights switched on throughout the night. Also ruining any potential for stargazing is the fact that there is a block of houses a few hundred metres away from the resort with street lights that stay on throughout the night. This doesn't take away from value of the resort, as almost all other resorts and hotels in this area face the same issues. For stargazing, it seems Wadi Rum is the only place where you can have that magical experience.

You have to come here, very good and profesional service, the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The rooms very clean and spacious. And also, the place is so quite, you get so relaxed. I don’t have nothing bad to say. I 100% recommend it.
