The industrial sized air-conditioning (which ran flat out for our December 40°C stay) in all the rooms.

The plastic shower mats...consider replacing them with bamboo?

We liked that we could order food from the restaurant and that it could be delivered to our unit.

Some other visitors made a lot of noise at 4 am - arguing just outside our unit - they seemed to be drunk.
