Halls Gap Log Cabins

Great location to visit Grampians.

Simple and Clean, had everything we could possibly need. Also the kangaroos and emu right outside the kitchen window was amazing! Easy access to town by short drive or 15min walk.

The cabins are close to each other and if you had noisy neighbours it would be difficult , our neighbour had the aircon or heating system on all night which had a loud operating sound from the wall.

It’s in a good location and has decent facilities.

We have stayed here a few time previously but this time was a very different feel. The rooms were not clean, there were greater restrictions to accessing shared facilities and although it wasn’t a factor for this trip, one of our favourite things about the cabins is using the fireplace in winter. Where you would originally get access to firewood daily as it of your stay, we noticed that there were significant additional costs to for firewood. While we have loved this place we wouldn’t go back again after our last experience.

It was a beautiful location with unique log cabins

Unfortunately the bed frame needed to be replaced and we noticed that there wasn't a drain hole in the bathroom floor

Lovely big rooms and warm and friendly atmosphere in our hut. Bathroom easily accessible for me . Kitchen was well equipped and very clean.

Kangaroos poo'd on the strip of lawn outside our room, there was no broom to clean it up.
