Clean room had a good experience

The stay was good the hotel was clean and nice upto the Indian standard.

However we never wrote the initial review. The review was written by someone from the hotel, and I have no clue how. That is the reason for a 1 rating. I will also raise this with Booking.com

Great stay with beautiful mountain view

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The rooms provided to us (although not as per my booking) were good. The bread omelette is delicious. Property is clean and maintained, aesthetics are nice.

The property has various CLASSIC TRIPLE ROOMS and I had made booking for 3 such rooms. But upon reaching there, the hotel manager simply denied availability of 3 classic triple rooms saying that there is only 1 such room in the entire property. We later on saw another same room occupied by another family. I had booked 3 classic triple rooms on a discounted fare provided by booking.com and since the charges were less, the hotel manager considered my booking as a loss hence he chose to lie to us. For first 2 hours he simply denied giving us even one Classic Triple room. It was after a lot of efforts, I could manage to get at least 1 Classic Triple Room, believing the lie of the manager that there is only 1 such room. It was not my fault that booking.com gave me a discounted fare and I deserved a fair stay in 3 rooms. But the manager on-site and probably the owner sitting in Delhi, were more interested in profit-loss than customer satisfaction. Also, this property has big issues of water connections and supply. The staff kept lying to us that there has been a water pipeline damage, but the truth is they have limited water supply and especially in the morning, you will face the issue of no water in the taps, toilets, flush..basically everywhere, because the hotel staff deliberately stops the water supply to save their limited water capacity. Thirdly, DO NOT order any chicken item from their menu. It was pricey and pathetic.

Very bad service food

It was a good experience,good service
