I just liked location and hotel view

1. Basic facilities not available 2. Rooms are not cleaned 3. Broken tv unit 4. Drinking water was not cleaned some partical in water 5. Hot water kettle smells too bad and rusted 6. We have to do early checkout due to all these 7. Washroom are not cleaned and even dustbin missing from room. 8. Spiders are Everywhere 9. We order dinner once and have to wait for 1.5 hours 10. For tea we have to wait 30-40 mins Lots of things happen some I can't remember

Booking.com listing for classic triple sharing room is confusing. You’ll see all room pictures under the listing. So I had no idea that I had booked small room or triple sharing with 1 big bed and 1 single bed. Nonetheless they offered us the latter one after initial friction at the time of check in. Staff is nice and well mannered.
