The view from the beach garden and beach itself was outstanding. All staff were friendly and welcoming..

It felt like a retirement village with the general age of the guests being 70+. The information provided by staff such as bus times and international checkin times was completely wrong. Kept awake by a barking dog….apparently a neighbours dog. The food in the restaurant was poor.

Some of the guess were abit to noisy at night, and could here people on there balcony at night.

Good beach access and deck to spot whales. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast each morning was simple and good. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved finishing our days with cocktails at ‘the birdcage’. The 2x pools were great and being able to sit right in front of the ocean looking for whales was magic. We saw one and it gave us a full show. Brilliant! All of the staff were fantastic and super helpful.

Our room did not have much natural light so we always needed to turn on the main lights to see what we were doing. More plug in power points would have been great too.

The free breakfast was a bit underwhelming. A better selection of fruit would have been good.

paying over $500 per night the so called breakfast is a big disappointment, a $2 bowl of cereal, some chopped up fruit and toast not 4****.

A little disappointed with the lack of local fruit for breakfast, but on enquiry it was not in season.

Great location. Beautiful swimming beach. Excellent restaurant. Helpful staff. Free clothes washer.

Had an upstairs accommodation. Next time we'll book a beachfront one.

Breakfast was very basic and extra cost for any thing cooked; just include in the price. We could hear the road noise from our room, would choose a beachfront room next time
