"Potentially fabulous, just needs a bit more tlc and give up on breakfast."

Quiet, super bedroom, top value, very comfortable.

Wanted to love it but- generally a bit tired, especially bathroom. Breakfast a disappointment, only poor western version. Neither tea nor coffee available!!! Extra piece of toast 10baht!! Better to skip breakfast and leave happy.

Beautiful gardens. Quiet location. Clean & comfortable accommodation. Value for money.

Restaurant closes 6:30 pm so had to venture out and find somewhere to eat (not much around).
