The Lake Ambience Resort

Excellent property, lots of nice touches

Breakfast buffet was fine, ala carte dishes were of poor quality, unbalanced spices

The location and ambience is great. The road to the resort is not so great. The staff at Lake Ambience is awesome especially Deepak. Deepak took extra effort fo make our stay great and memorable. The food at resort was really good.

Location was brilliant. The view of the Naukuchiatal Lake from the property at sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful! Food was good except on one occasion where they used stale paneer in Mixed Veg and it had a nasty smell. We returned it and were not charged for it. The drive to up to the property from the main road is risky and adventurous, but breathtaking!

Utter lack of professionalism. It is a beautiful property which is badly managed due to supervisory staff who behave like caretakers of Government Guest Houses. They behave like as though we are staying there free of cost. (Aman Singh was better- He forgot to deliver the birthday cake I ordered. He was on phone when I ordered it and forgot about it. However he made amends and made the cake a complimentary offering from the resort!) Reception staff were cold and were continuously glued to their mobiles even while I was talking to them. They don’t want to give you extra towels for use in Swimming Pool. I was charged Rs. 48,000/- for two rooms for two nights. I would expect better treatment of guests. There is some problem with their sewage/ drainage system- the bathrooms, especially in the Chalet were perennially stinky. They use the railings outside the breakfast area to dry their mopping cloths. The restaurant and house keeping staff need some training. They are too unpolished. For the exorbitant price, one would expect the services to be premium!

The property is situated atop the hills overlooking the splendiferous Naukutchiatal. The vantage point and the view makes the stay quite delightful and worth the time. Even the rooms are quite artfully designed so as to have a view of the lake and with all modern amenities. Overall, it is a beautiful property and a nice for a few days of staycation.

Maybe there could be more staff and more choice in the food menu.

The road to reach ..especially the last 1 km stretch

Everything is just perfect the location is dope..you feel like you are somewhere on the top of the world. And if you are looking for a quote place from hustle and bustle I think lake ambience is just perfect.. hospitality is just awesome. Ravi the staff really helped us… I think everyone should visit oncez

The roads it’s bit tricky during monsoon

Location is very good. Good place to visit with family. staff was good.

Location is very good, road to location is in bad condition and its very risky. Room cleaning is not good, specially washroom.

Good Location & Great Food

Family room facility/ High Room Price. Few facility were missing like Swimming Pool and shuttle car to Lake / City center ( This resort is far off & had very bad approach road)
