Breakfast was ok. Location was superb.

Service was not quite my expectations.

Breakfast was good, food preparations was big attraction for us,

Bed Sheet, pillow cover, blanket cover was not clean after complaining they change all, they have to pay attention on cleaning

The scenic view and the hotel local staff .

Firstly the reception was cold n not at all welcoming . Our room was stinking and the bathroom was in bad condition ( out of 7 we booked ). Even the bedsheets were not clean and fresh .We even asked the staff to check the bathroom but nothing much was done . We had planned a family function and were asked to pay extra even after having prior discussion over the call and were told by Apoorva that we will be treated differently since we have booked via Booking.com and not through them. We were in constant chats and calls for last 2 months and we were not informed about this extra charges . More than the money it’s the attitude and hospitality which impacted the most . A very harsh and non adjusting management . Totally not a place when you expect to see some one understanding and empathetic and expect this from a beautiful home stay. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL . May be 2*/5.

Special note of thanks to the entire staff at the resort, specially Lalit, Neeraj and the Chef. The food very tasty and was pretty much customized on our request. Room service was never a problem. The staff went on an extra yard every time to ensure that the guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I will not at mind visiting here again. There is a small trail that goes to the back side of the Nauckuchiatal lake and not be missed. Our stay ensured that it is relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are multiple adventures that one can do within 5 kms of driving distance, if anyone wants to engage in. Our family included people from 4 generations right from 9 year old to 84 year old and everyone had a great time. Thanks to the entire staff. One last thing that I do not want to miss, is stating about the amazing garden that the owners are maintaining which includes beautiful flowers, home grown apricots and plums that they were happy to pluck and share with us. A big shout out to them!

The beds and pillows, including the sofa cum bed in the rooms are not that comfortable and may require the management to look into those. As we checked in, our expectation was that this would be a bigger place, which it was not. However, this is not a problem at all, as you do get used to the place in a few hours itself.
