The only thing we had an issue with was the lack of transport both to and from the property, private transport is essential, ( hire car or scooter,) there are absolutely no sources of transport, grab and bolt do not cover this area, and little English was spoken, we had to use Google translate to communicate,

My wife and I wanted a short get away in the mountains of Chiang Mai. When we got to the property, I quickly noticed how poor quality everything was. Everything was substandard. The pictures on Booking.com are deceiving. We checked out shortly after checking in. I contacted the property owner and asked for a refund. But I have received no answer. I should have known when the reservation had a "No refund" policy. There are many wonderful properties in Mon Jam. This is not one of them.

Everything was such poor quality - example: I tried to open the drawer on the night stand and the front of the drawer came off because it was old and made of pressed sawdust. I could go on, but I will stop here. Overall - I had certain expectations of this property, which were based on the rate charged per night, the pictures and the fact that it was even posted on Booking.com. This property is substandard - avoid it.

Emplacement de toute beauté. Les vues sont sensationnelles. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais on réussit à se comprendre. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. Petit déjeuner de base mais satisfaisant. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer.

Des fruits n’étaient pas disponibles au petit déjeuner.
