This place was fantastic! Just happened to be going through the area and found this gem! Will definitely try to stay here again!

The personal hot tubs are a must after long days hiking RMNP.

Although the hot tubs in unit 3 was personal, you could see it from the parking lot

Incredible location, hot tub by the river, peaceful and quiet, it has a bar (although they close early)

Bar should stay open past 9pm

The sofa is awful. So uncomfortable that it is unusable.

Even housekeeping gals were great! Helped us find what we needed. The guys at the office were very friendly. Loved being able to walk the back door and hear and see the water.

This was a perfect room to accommodate me and I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. So clean and a huge bed. I really enjoyed my time!

Lovely peaceful location on the river. Deck was a lovely spot for breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. Room was large and comfortable. Kitchen was especially good: really well equipped and with sharp scissors and knives, which is unusual. The softest, fluffiest bathrobes ever! We just had to buy one before we left! Would stay here again

AC unit was quite noisy, and positioned such that it took a while to be effective. There were no power sockets at all on one side of the bed, and we had to pull out a large, heavy set of drawers on the other side to access the one socket there. It's like they weren't expecting people to need to charge phones at night! Even e.g. a lamp with a USB port would be better than nothing.
