The location is good

I am disappointed we couldn't get breakfast Apperently the Chef was not around. I hated the gravel road.

The staff I'd friendly and the lady who prepares breakfast does communicate if they don't have what one has order. Place is clean and it's away from the world noise and it's child friendly too

They don't respond to WhatsApp on time you have to call to get response. For Night order they must notice on what time the kitchen closes like they have done for morning orders

The room was dirty,the sheets were not clean,there were ants all over the floor, the place didn't smell good, we had to go stay outside around 2am because there was no electricity and felt very hot and congested inside.There is no real assistance at the reception.

Nothing, my room was not cleaned. It was filthy!!! I had to check into a dirty room

The hospitality from Ntwanano and Malindi. Ntwanano was really helpful, she attended to all our needs.her food was exceptional, gosh that lady is a super human,literally the best

Nothing much,except that the place would be more exciting if there are other activities to do other than swimming. Otherwise we liked it

The receptionists were very friendly, and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!♥️
