"Hotel odličan, osoblje ljubazno i predusretljivo, hrana savršena, grad živ i razbarušen!"

Sve je bilo baš kako treba: lokacija izvanredna, u centru a uvučeno od glavne ulice tako da nema buke, udoban ležaj , kupatilo prostrano i moderno uređeno, terasa velika i lepa, doručak bogat i ukusan, a osoblje preljubazno. Ako ponovo budem u prilici, neizostavno ću odabrati ovaj hotel. Sve preporuke.

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Unsere Buchung wurde vom Hotel nicht richtig eingetragen und entsprechend überbucht. Als wir dies feststellten, hat das Hotel die Schuld auf Booking geschoben und sich entsprechend sehr unkooperativ gezeigt. Erst als der Kundensupport von Booking mit dem Hotel kontakt aufnahm, haben sie nach Alternativlösungen für uns gesucht. Sehr ärgerlich als Kunde und nicht sehr professionell vom Hotel. Würde ich nie wieder buchen und empfehle anderen Gästen sich jeweils genug früh zu erkundigen ob die Reservierung richtig verarbeitet wurde, bevor es zu spät ist.
