Éramos un grupo familiar de DOCE (12) personas y no recibimos una atención del hotel al grupo También, En la reserva de 12 peleonas se perdió una reserva y quedamos once. Afortunadamente en el hotel se volvió a inscribir el doceavo Antes de llegar avisamos a Booking y al Hotel que se había borrado un miembro del grupo y ni Booking ni el Hotel se dignaron contestar Parece que Booking no maneja grupos de doce personas
