"Everything was great except losing our bingo bag with all of our supplies in it"

We played bingo and left our bingo bag in the bingo parlor for the next session of bingo and it was stolen.

Food was awesome! Our room was a bit small, I would've booked a suite if available, but it was clean and comfortable. My family had an awesome time and we love your resort!

The whole place is so beautiful and convenient to have food and entertainment all in one place.

The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and promised me one price but had me do it threw booking.com and the price was way off plus they took way more off my card then my actual payment

Love the facility and the cleanliness

Walking back from the pool we were met by the night shift supervisor and asked to put on regular clothes. He made a pretty big scene about it. We were in our swimming outfits and wrapped in towels, nothing inappropriate we were just making our way back to our room to go and shower and change.
