The entire property was very clean.

I liked that there were options to choose from with the food, restaurants, and slots. I liked that there was a gym. My son loved the arcade.

I didn't like all the cigarette smoke. The beds were not that comfortable, and our bathtub wasn't draining very fast. The pool and hot tub were closed.

Nothing.

1. They charged a hidden amenities fee when you get there. "What is it for?" I asked. The "free" breakfast. That would not be free. "What else?" They said, "The pool and hot tub. But they are being repaired so you have to go to the RV park and use the outside one. We can get you the shuttle bus." Amenities? NOT. 2. They asked for my drivers license. I ask for a privacy policy. They said don't worry. I said I am always concerned with identity theft. Plus, Oregon law requires it. They said their favorite answer: "We are a tribe. We don't have to follow the laws." I said it is still good practice, and they should check with their lawyer if it is something they should provide, but I said OK and gave it to them. That is when the CSM (Casino Service Manager?) showed up and was visibly angry already and said I was no longer welcome and gave me a card that said I was evicted from all parts of the property for a year. I ask if we could discuss this and he said no, so I left. I went on to the Mill Casino in Coos Bay and I was a wonderful stay.

The food was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pool and spa was closed

Always a nice place to stay and play. Only there for one night but always meets my expectations.

Easy to access from the highway.

It took a while to get checked in because they couldn't find my reservation even though I gave them the reservation number. Then we were woken up in the middle of the night by pounding on the walls and ceiling. Earlier in the evening we were hearing footsteps and running from the room upstairs and we thought it was just kids that would go to bed soon so we ignored it. Then shortly after falling asleep the pounding started and continued until I finally called downstairs at 4 AM. They said they would send someone up to see what was going on and they did. After about 20 minutes it quieted down. Also, the room is in severe need of refurbishment. The curtains were shredded and there were other spots that needed repair. I was very sad because I have stayed there a few times before and it had become a favorite place to stop and stay at. I will definitely think twice before reserving a room and staying there again.
