Great location, lovely unit with everything you need! The kitchen was appreciated after a couple of weeks in hotels!

The residents upstairs were quite heavy footed and woke us up some nights and mornings. It didn’t bother us too much though, we would stay again.

Location, cleanliness, air conditioning, price. Felt like home.

Walking distance to down town kona

The billfisher facility is somewhat run down. Kona is getting plenty of homeless vagrant people along its water front. Pot smoke is common along with mumbling and sometimes yelling wondering street people. We even saw a nude middle age woman who was high on drugs. I wrote a message to the town mayor warning about the problem

Overall great and spacious apartment, centrally located in Kona within walking distance to many restaurants and a few beaches. Full kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool. Good building amenities, such as pool, outdoor spaces and parking.

Great location, close to Kona town and restaurants. Quiet except for the early wake-up from the rooster
