Everything is well maintained, the staff are friendly, the views to the ocean are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Attentive staff, blends with the landscape, so many things to do, stunning bedrooms, good restaurants, eco focus.

Why didn’t we book more than one night?!?!?

Food was very average. Table cloths dirty. Menus tatty. Music playing all day everywhere including the beach. Water sport equipment old and tatty.

Mr. Harry, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Sir!

The beach is MEH. Corals in very bad shape. No where close to a paradise experience. Sorry just being honest here. When booking a spa treatment, it would be best to advise there is a 21% service charge added to the quoted price. That is a bit sneaky! Finally, this place is extremely OVERPRICED for what you get. $400 USD+/night. It’s not the 4 seasons.

The room and staff were good. The pool was nice and so were the free kayaks/ paddle boards

The trash on the beach and in the water. I understand it just floats in but it doesn’t seem like it would be hard to just keep the front of the resort cleaned. Some of the activities they say they offer the staff had no idea where they were located or offered

Great location, lush landscape and cottages were large, quiet and very well-appointed. Good happy hour and food at restaurant by the pool.

Seemed like a high-end property and the reasons we stayed an extra night post-cruise were many. The property boasted snorkeling and kayaking but the equipment was old and outdated. We couldn’t trust the snorkeling was sanitized when no one manned the gear. Also the only snorkeling option was around the jetty. Kayaks were old and barebones, with no two-person as we’d expected for this kind of resort. We also choose places with fitness centers and this one is nothing like the pictures. Little equipment and oddly there were drops all over the treadmill as if it’s never been wiped down. Can’t say what was going on in there but with no mats, etc. we didn’t bother attempting to workout. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Daniel was as good as they come and turned out to be the only bright spot. Dinner at their higher-end restaurant offered a one-price BBQ which was wholly disappointing - overpriced and mediocre. Our waiter didn’t show for a long time post-seating and disappeared after my dessert was delivered. My husband was never offered his. There was no music, as advertised though not a big deal. In our cottage, we had to deal with an old air conditioning unit at ceiling height that poured water sounding like rain after we’d turned in for the night. As a result, with 3-4 people in our room having to break up the ice for 30+ minutes, we didn’t get to sleep after an exhausting day. Next morning we encountered an ant problem which included an invasion of my husband’s Invisalign braces. The absolute worst and final straw was that even though our late checkout was granted, and even extended to assist with the timing of our flight, when the subsequent scheduled occupants showed earlier than their anticipated 5p arrival, we were asked to leave. In fact I was told that 1p was needed and in shock I hadn’t realized it was actually already 1:05p. This request came from the manager.
