Reservation: You are not allowed to book more than three rooms per stay. You may contact us before booking more than three rooms. Reservations Made witout our prior agreement will be refuse. The resort requires the presence of the credit card owner used for booking during the check-in process. The resort also kindly asks guests to provide all their names and information in English during the booking process. You are not allowed to book more than three rooms for a stay. Luggages: Please be informed that our staff is waiting at Ton Sai Pier after each ferry arrival to assist you with your luggage. The property is only a 10-minute walk from the pier (2461 feet). Catering: Mama Restaurant is now open from 7:15 for breakfast until 15:00 for light meals and snacks only; we don't provide catering services for dinner. Bedding: An extra bed is available only for the "Comfort Room" and for guests over 12 years old. This extra bed can be used only by one person. The extra bed charge includes one breakfast. Facilities: We are offering a jacuzzi and not a swimming pool. You are the most welcome to Mama Beach Residence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
