"Nice place, but would not visit again"

The pool and the gym and free snacks in the room.

The shower could do with a deep clean, hot water was not hot, the shower head was covered in lime scale and the water pressure was very weak. The breakfast option was poor and not very pleasant. The tomato sauce was so out of date when I opened the bottle the pressure inside created a sauce explosion, and I ended up with sauce all over me. The early wake up call from the school next door is quite the rude awakening.

- Great service - staff were really helpful to help to get a transport back to BKK for us, provided a chair for my mum in the toilet and very accommodating to my help my mum as she’s on wheelchair. 🙏🏻 thank you! - breakfast was so pretty good!

- I booked a mountain view room but not sure why we couldn’t see the mountain from our room :( blocked by the trees? - the shower head is a little old (though still usable)
