Customer service was horrible !!

It smelled like mildew. I saw a snail crawling on the floor. The customer service was ride. I asked for a roller bed and she questioned why I needed it. Then she said it would be the next day before I could get because the group I arrived with she thought we all was staying in the room together but they made reservations with another company and they didn’t have to check in at the front desk.

Well equipped, nicely updated room. Comfortable bed. Large balcony with views of the ocean.

Lots of stairs - no elevator! We had to drag our heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs. Not right on the beach. Our toilet did not work. We had them come fix it, but it was never fixed. We had to adjust the flap after every flush.

Beautiful gardens. Nice pools and hot tub. Suite had a appealing covered balcony

This hotel was very beautiful. I loved that they sent someone everyday to clean it. Also loved that it was like a little apartment, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen and wifi. It was such a peaceful stay and everything felt so close by. No more than 10-12 minutes from Grace bay. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay at Turks.

The room was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed my stay and appreciate that the unit had a washer and dryer in it. The breakfast was good. The staff I encountered were pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I come back to the island.

I didn't like that there was no map of the facilities. I never saw the swimming pool because it was not in my building and I wasn't sure how to find it. However, I did go to the beach on site and that was a wonderful experience! I also would have appreciated papertowels and dish detergent.

The staff was so very kind, helpful, polite! I would visit the office just to say hello and get a cup of coffee. The room we rented was perfect. Had a kitchen stocked with cooking and eating needs, as well as a dishwasher, oven, etc. The views were beautiful. You could see the flora and also the ocean from our patio. The pool was well cared for.

The only drawback is the workout room. Very stuffy, hot, no air flow. Made it quite difficult to workout. They need to install an air conditioner or air purifier in the workout room.
