Must have been very nice… some 20 years ago. Needs serious upgrade.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, breakfast and dinner menu at a 5-star level. The location looks even better in reality than in the pictures.

Lack of staff in the indoor pool area and no pool bar; the quality of the hair dryer is only at a 2-star level; it is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel not to provide an in-room coffee-making option, yet to place a bag of peanuts with a printed note saying ‘not free’. “For a ‘5-star hotel with a private beach’, it would be expected to have enough complimentary sunbeds. Unfortunately, there were not enough free ones available, while many of the paid sunbeds remained unoccupied.

Mâncarea excelenta, locația frumoasa, curățenie personal amabil, merita.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că la cina nu primești nimic de băut, până și apă este contra cost. Deși mâncarea foarte buna, băutură este un minus. In jurul orei 14 cineva a bătut la ușa, și până să ne trezim a deschis ușa, până să ne ridicăm din pat a plecat. Nu este un mare impediment dar totuși, nu era o ora ok pentru a intra in camera. Parcarea cam scumpă, 20 leva/zi.

It was truly a pleasure to spend time in this hotel. the whole experience was wonderful, and above all, an extraordinary discovery. the atmosphere at the hotel feels so warm and welcoming. and the service is exceptional. The Hotel's Manager "Miss Zlatina Belcheva" is remarkable, always present, attentive and helpful.

Lack of conditioner and body lotion in the rooms. Lack of entertainment in the evening.
