"The stay was disappointing."

There was not much to like about this resort.

The service was poor when we arrived to check in. No-one was in reception & we had to search around for assistance. WiFi was very poor & dropped out regularly. Parking of vehicles was quite awkward.

Maybe a little closer to town? Or closer to a different town:-) not much in Surat
