Tippaya Villa

Beautiful place to stay. Our room was lovely and spacious with a really nice balcony. The grounds are really well maintained, we spent a good hour walking around taking photos and trying to figure out all the different plants and flowers that were growing around the property. There are also really sweet dogs and cats that love a cuddle - always a bonus! Staff came out at breakfast and gave us some fresh cake they had just baked - It was delicious btw!

The one downside was the evening meal. I wonder if the chef was not working that day because we ordered our meals and could literally hear the microwave ding and our food was served within 5 minutes - it was lukewarm at best and not very tasty. It was a shame because the restaurant itself looked lovely and breakfast was really good!

Superb facilities consisting of a series of independent modern bungalows all with a terrace amidst a sort of campus build up against a hill, each with a view on the greenery. Full privacy guaranteed. Quiet. Each bungalow has a modern well-equipped bathroom that is spotlessly clean. The main building has a great view over the gardens, and the sunset over the mountains. It is also where the breakfast and the dinner can be enjoyed. Dinner is a separate service, and follows a Thai menu (spicy!). Good wifi; with the views, the quiet, and the greenery making it an ideal place to write or read.

After check-in, you will need to unload and park your car down the hill, at the private car park. So it's a small climb each day. A drinks menu that includes wine would fit the food and the environment.

Room was spacious and feels very luxurious. Bed was very comfortable. Big balcony to chill and enjoy the view. Exclusive environment. Staff were very polite. Good experience overall.

Not a complaint but just be aware there isn't any spectacular mountain view from here. You get a garden or river view instead.

An utterly gorgeous villa in amazing gardens.

Bit of an out of the way location.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and the view on the stream and mountains is amazing!! The shower was very good, you can set the temperature as you like. The bed was fantastic, best bed we had in Thailand! It is spacious and the blankets are so soft. The staff is super attentive and friendly. They took very good care of me and my wounds after I fell from the motorbike. Also the WiFi is really good! Would recommend anyone to visit Tippaya villa!!! Oh and also the food at the restaurant is really good! We had dinner here for two nights.

It was absolutely perfect! So nothing negative to say.
