I absolutely loved every single person I came to contact with at the hotel, the service here went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have been to many resorts and this one surpassed all of them. I loved how fresh the food was (all meals are a la carte) including even the ice cream! Also the pools are absolutely amazing, clean and well kept! And the quiet is just on another level 10/10

The island is beautifully located, and the transfer worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed with a cocktail and a tour of the island. At first, we were not completely happy with our room, but the staff handled the situation very well, and we were able to switch to another room. The food and drinks are amazing, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The beach is beautiful, and at the reception you can see which activities are planned for the coming days, allowing you to make reservations in advance via the app. The sunset bar is a must!

The managers asked about our stay during breakfast and dinner while we were eating, which was not ideal timing for us, as there were many other opportunities throughout the day. However, this is just a personal preference. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the managers corrected staff members in front of guests in a very top-down and loud manner. They did not seem concerned that guests could hear this and appeared willing to create a scene. We would like to emphasize that managers should be aware of how to behave in front of guests and how to communicate with staff in a respectful manner, especially considering the price range of this resort we would expect to treat everybody with respect, because the staff DID AN AMAZING JOB.

On the sea, large and beautifully maintained property, home of turtles and Colobus monkeys; very welcoming and helpful staff; great facilities in terms of sports/outings. Good restaurants and bars, with excellent food and drinks. A very nice and safe holiday destination!
