كل شي لايستحق وسخ وعدم تنظيف حمام السباحه مما قد يسبب الامراض

رائعة جدا. الخصوصية عالية والمكان نظيف وشرح (فيلا بثلاث غرف)، الطلبات سريعة وتنظيف يومي. الستاف ممتازين. لوحصلت امكانية تمديد كان مددت عندهم لكن للاسف كانت fully booked.

اخذنا فيلا بغرفتين نوم صراحه المكان جميل والخصوصية توب، روعه للعوائل العربيه اذا بغيتوا تاخذون راحه من الفعاليات واللجه، اخذنا يومين استرخاء وباربكيو الجميل عندهم نقل مجاني لشاطئ كمالا وللسوبرماركت لكن بأوقات مخصصه

اللوبي حار مره، وصلنا قبل موعد التشيك ان وقعدنا باللوبي حول الساعه متنا حر الفطور عادي جدًا والخيارات محدوده لكن صراحة نظيف ما شاء الله، يجيبونه للفيلا بالوقت اللي يناسبك بين الغرف والصاله لازم تطلع على الحوش يعني مب مشبوكات ببعض بالتالي لازم تسكر الباب وراك وانت طالع وداخل والا بتدخل عليكم حشرات وبعارصا

Without a doubt, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket exceeded every expectation. The private pool villa offers complete privacy, luxury, and comfort, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is beautifully maintained, the facilities are exceptional, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of high-quality food served every morning. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Amp and Sue for their incredible kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that every part of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and private getaway, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

ما يهتمو بنظافة الغرفة

All the staff were amazing, from the reception to the cleaning staff not forgetting the shuttle driver. All professional and friendly. All requests are done via their app and its amazing how they respond promptly. Villa is amazing and spacious. Very comfortable. Very private. Good for families with kids as well. Pool is clean and well maintained In general, to us, it was heaven during our stay.

Honestly not a single bad comment about this place. Maybe increase the quantity of your french fries as the current quantity does not add up to the price.

This was a quiet location about 5 minutes away from the Beach. the villa was perfect, big private pool. Rooms were clean and modern. The Breakfast was probably the best we have had, same with the room service. There is not a restaurant on site, but they do have a kitchen where they serve room service at your villa. This is perfect, to sit outside and have meals served at your villa is genius. With a large family, this was a hit. Every single meal we had was perfect. Pad Thai especially, and highly recommend the private Chef BBQ experience. 100% would return!!!
