The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location and scenery

The air con was so noisy and the walls and not sound proof at all. I could hear my neighbours chatting all night. The bathroom was very dirty and had a nasty smell, also the water in the bathroom wouldn't even drain properly.

Quiet location, Nice architectural design.

Unhelpful staff, broken door lock, broken hot shower, broken air conditioning remote control.

No TV, the room quiet hot

Value to the price. Owner are kind to give snacks in the room as hotel accommodation. Bed is clean and comfortable.

There is ants on the floor. Better not to put food inside the room.

All the luggage need to keep on the floor, no pantry, no reception desk and calling 1 minute then hang up the phone to let customer call back. Hanging on the wall 3 in bed and 4 in bathroom

The container design was interesting and the reason we decided to stay at HiddenBox. My compliment to the architects and designers, I think the layout of the resort was pleasing. Open space and ergonomically adjusted to the efficient needs of small rooms.

Service? our arrival was greeted by on offsite representative who was obviously intoxicated and shouldn't have been driving his motorcycle with a child on the back. He become quite angry when I wanted to inspect the sheets as the room cleanliness looked like it hadn't had attention since before COVID; dirt on every flat service, the windows were stained with months of neglect and the bathroom quite simply stunk. I do want to add that the problems are superficial and the owners could easily put this property in 9.0 ratings; its new and novel, people would love it if it was clean and serious. Also, get rid of the drunk. It is a bad welcome.
