"Charming"

Due to an upgrade resulting from a problem with our original booking, we stayed at the new cottage for 2 nights and it was perfectly clean and comfortable with some great amenities including a washer and dryer with a small kitchen.

Everything was amazing. I can’t think of anything that could have made the stay better.

"Quiet, serene, dark cabin. Jacuzzi not fully operational"

The cabin was spacious and the area was serene and quiet.

The jacuzzi hot tub wasn’t fully working as some of the streams weren’t working and the ones that were working weren’t very strong. There was no body soap in the soap dispenser in the shower, which I only realized after I was already wet. The place was very dark and not very clean. Namely, the night stands were dusty and the whole place seemed like it could use some updating.

The log cabin was clean.

It was pricey! The amenities may not be available to you, and it will not be communicated to you. The coffee machine was broken in the room, and I wasn't told. The office didn't open till 9. So unless you bring your own coffee maker.. you are shit out of luck till 9. I stayed an extra day to enjoy the pool but was told when I went to use it, there was a private party and I'm not allowed in the pool. It was 90 degrees at 1 pm! (They rent the pool out for private parties, and they have priority over guests!) The pool wasn't available till 5 pm for guests! So my opinion, don't assume it will be fine.. This is why people book a Holiday Inn because everything will be available for their guests!!

"Great Location , Quiet , Romantic"

We had a great one night stay at the New England Inn & Lodge . We stayed at the adults only lodge section of the inn. The room was spacious with a big bed and fireplace . The location was perfect, very quiet , serene and beautiful.

The one thing I was sad about was that the on site restaurant was closed the day we arrived but hoping to be back soon and dine there .
