"Schön gelegene Villa mit Pool am ruhigen Ortsrand von Playa Blanca"

Ruhige und super gelegene Villa am Ortsrand von Playa Blanca, schöner Blick in die Berge, in circa 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am wunderschönen Strand Playa Mujeres. Mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet, Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox unkompliziert, gepflegter Pool. Geräumige Wohnung, Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. In drei Minuten ist man am Supermarkt und man kann zu Fuß sehr gut zur Marina Rubicon gehen.

Die Beleuchtung! Total ungemütliches und kaltes Licht. Die Wohnung würde massiv durch wärmeres, gemütliches und auch indirektes Licht gewinnen. Ein paar Leuchtmittel tauschen gegen eine andere Lichtfarbe und ein bis zwei Tisch oder Stehleuchten würden der Wohnung sehr gut tun.

"Estupenda para vacaciones tranquilas en familia"

Villa con todas las comodidades en urbanización tranquila de casas pareadas, próxima a pie a Playa Mujeres y con bonita vista a monte Hacha Grande. Persona de contacto (Eli) muy atenta y resolutiva. Para repetir.

Lo único es que, por la orientación al sol, en noviembre da la sombra en la piscina más de lo que nos hubiese gustado.

A beautiful Villa, with everything you need and more. Alexis was warm ,friendly and attentive. Great communication from the start to finish. I would recommend this place ,very quiet. Note. A car is helpful if you can't walk too far,but no problem for us. We enjoyed walking along sea front..

"Úžasný pobyt🤩"

Ubytování i celý týdenní pobyt byl naprosto úžasný! Bazén parádní 👍 Moc se nám líbila i tato klidná lokalita. Obchod i restaurace kousek (přes ulici). Promenáda do přístavu byla krásná procházka. Blízko nádherné pláže s průzračným oceánem, ke kterým se dostanete pěšky přes kopce s krásnými výhledy🤩 Doporučujeme půjčit auto (vychází levně), je tu spousta nádherných míst. Komunikace s hostitelem perfektní a rychlá. Snadný přístup přes uzamykatelnou schránku. Moc děkujeme Alexisovi a Eli za krásnou dovolenou❤️
