Location was excellent and nice pool

Bed was too hard and caused my bad back to flare up

We arrived late for checking-in around 10pm from our 12 hour roadtrip from Kuala Lumpur, the receptionist greet us with unnecessary strictness and high pitch voice asking for passport to register. Very unfriendly and sour face. As we walk to checked into our room, an english male guest shouted the f word accusing us of being loud. The hotel walls are obviously so thin and one can hear every echo from the hall walkway. Feeling ill we request for refund and wanted to leave but the same receptionist persuade to change us into another room. It was altogether very bad place and experience to stay. Will never ever come here nor suggest this place again.

There was no Breakfast the bedroom was cleaned every day, Bed was made and floor mopped but the Bathroom and shower area left a lot to be desired.

The bed was very hard and I am in my seventies . I did ask for a softer bed but this was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The Internet was a bit hit and miss ,on one day it was out all day

There was no breakfast but it is close to lots of eating options
