Nipa Resort, Patong Beach

Das Hotel war wirklich top. Die Lage ist perfekt – man ist schnell am Strand und auch direkt im Geschehen, aber trotzdem ist es im Hotel angenehm ruhig. Der Poolbereich ist richtig schön und sauber, da kann man entspannt runterkommen. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage hat bei der Hitze hier echt ihren Job gemacht. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service. Man hat sich einfach wohlgefühlt.

Eigentlich gab es nichts Großes zu bemängeln. Wenn überhaupt, dann sind es nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt aber nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt haben.

Séjour très agréable au Nipa Resort Phuket. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des animations tout en restant calme. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, et le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Belle piscine. très bon rapport qualité-prix.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yim and Noi at the front desk were always helpful and always available with a smile. Staff made sure that my stay was plain sailing. Facilities was very clean. The location was excellent. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The lady at the tour desk was also helpful and made sure to give me give me goid deals for tours. Within walking distance to massage places, laundry, halal food places, and the Jungceylon mall. The housekeeping lady always did a perfect cleanup every single day. She is actually the best I have encountered so far. The room was cleaned very early, which suited me perfectly.

The pool area should be open till at least 11pm. I feel the 9pm closing time is too early. Also the pool area should have more lights. Breakfast should have more vegetarian or halal options. Starting time of breakfast should be at 6 am to accommodate those who are going for early activities.

Tout faites très attention,vous avez a faire a une bande de voleur très bien organisé Le personnel a l'accueil est purement détestable Emplacement bruyant,piscine a l'ombre toute la journée et petit déjeuner désolant je suppose J'ai payé 800€pour 8 nuits a la réservation mais du aux événements mon agence de voyage m'a averti que j'avais un avion le lendemain et bien l'hôtel a refusé malgré plusieurs intervenants de me rembourser donc 1 nuit= 800€ sans déjeuner De plus notre taxi venait nous chercher a 7h00 pour l'aéroport,j'ai demandé un déjeuner a 6h00 =refusé A 6h15 nous étions dans le hall,petit déjeuner ouvert mais refusé d'accès Et maintenant je me bat pour avoir ma facture et tjrs pas une semaine après mon retour malgré l'intervention de booking Évitez absolument cet établissement !!! Mais avis concernant la chambre sont bons ,normal a 800€ la nuit elle peut être correct
