Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Great overall service, I also had a great 1 hour massage.

- My room wasn't clean (dirty toilet, dirty glasses, dirty floor, kettle full of tartar) - Door handle from the bathroom was falling apart - steam room in the wellness center wasn't working - There was no cold water one the bathroom one morning

The environment, idea about a resort with hotel and cabins with a small kind of zoo and small lakes in between, hotel is clean, enough parking places, spa facility is ok even a kind of small. Staff at the reception desk were helpful, professional and friendly. The room was clean and ready.

Balcony - dirty n dusty, roast parts of bathroom equipment, no water in small lakes - become a small mug place. The food and staff in the restaurant was good but the verandah was dusty and not clean especially sealing. The open swimming pool was nice, clean nice vater, enough beach beds and staff was polite and helpful - buuut area did not been clean on the side next to entrance or where there is umbrella storage. Overall - the staff guys are great but the whole complex needs a much better maintenance and management approach.

Excellent treatment from the hotel staff, excellent cleanliness, delicious food, very quiet and peaceful, great price.
