Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram

Things I liked about the resort was, 1. Nice Place to Vacay and relax - 8.5/10 2. Staff were really friendly and helpfull - 10/10 3. Food - 8/10 (complementary Breakfast and High tea is really good) 4. Spa & activites - 6.5/10, Its a hit or miss 5. Family Friendly - 8/10

Things I didn't like about the resort was, 1. Mosquitos and there were alot of them every night can see pool of blood in the pillow from the bites. 2. Rooms were abit old and outdated in tech (For the price paid it could have been better with smart controls because there are so many lights and to OFF those before the bed was a chore. Could have include new tech light to control it smart) and some places in the room were super dusty in the corners.The private hot tub/ jacuzzi was not well maintinaed. Some of the items in the room requires massive make over. 3. Private pool had too many debries from the near by trees and surroundings. 4. Ala cart menu can be better 5. Felt like budget hotel when I saw the body wash, shampoo, Lotion were those big bottle dispenser attached to the wall. It didnt feel hygienic as it can be opened. Recent studies say they are not hygienic as well. Expected it to be provided in indivivually kits. This was a big let down in hygienic part. Suggestion: 1. For Mosquitos and pool debries - Netting 2. Outdated room - in fewer permium hotels they provides smart control device or a smart phone that comes with the room to control these light, AC, Fan and devices with ease. 3. For the hygien kit - Please go back to the smaller kits that used to be provided with the rooms not the big bottle dispenser. Atleast for the premium rooms

Ausstattung, Nähe zum Meer und das sehr vielfältige Buffet waren fantastisch. Dieser Ort ist gut geeignet um im Meer schwimmen zu gehen. Man sollte nur den Rettungsschwimmer vorher informieren und ein guter Schwimmer sein. Wellen und Strömungen sind anspruchsvoll.

Beim Ausschecken wurde mir ein Mittagessen in Rechnung gestellt, das ich nie bestellt oder konsumiert habe. Leider ist dies erst nach der Bezahlung aufgefallen. Ich warte bis heute (20 Tage später) auf die Rückerstattung. Versprochen wurde eine Rückerstattungsdauer von 12 Stunden.
