R R Heritage Resort Pure Vegetarian

Very well maintained property in calm area of the town. Kind staff, good food options. Spotless clean room and bathroom. Very beautiful location. We appreciated table and chairs on garden terrace. A kind of chaise longue would be nice.

We would have expected locker/safe and hairdryer in the room at this level of price. Possibility to cover garden wall infront of windows with plants?

Though the property is good, it’s being manager poorly.

We had booked two deluxe rooms and paid over 11k per room a night. But the condition the rooms was pathetic- both the rooms were full of mosquitoes and bathrooms were smelling, bathroom door lock in one of the rooms was not working, door bell was not working, electric kettle was not working properly, intercom was not working. We checked in at 3pm on Sunday, 1st October, and complained about these issues immediately. The only issue solved was getting us all-out machines. No resolution on other things. We kept calling up the reception, explaining the issue from scratch each time and a new person/team would be sent and they would go back saying/doing nothing. Upon asking for higher authorities, the front desk people kept circulating the call amongst each other saying they’ll manage. Just to put up a show, they kept sending people to our room to see the problem without any fixes. This happened until 8:15pm when we had to tell them to stop bothering anymore - room was a mess with their wet footwear. It was raining heavily outside - there was no way we could go to the restaurant for dinner and imagine the phone line not working. We were lucky to have two rooms, if not for that, we wouldn’t have been able to eat dinner. We could not talk to anyone senior that day - we were told no senior is available. Next day, while checking out, we again gave the feedback to Priyanka, but all she had to say was sorry. We asked for speaking with the owner, but she said he’s not available - are aren’t sure if that was true.

There was nothing to like about. Poor staff behaviour.

Location is really good. The staff was really helpful with everything.

The place is very overpriced for the room and other facilities, and the food was also not that great.

We were charged 80% extra for an extra adult however there was no extra bed or Mattress provided. The room did not fit 3 adults comfortably and should now have taken the booking for 3 adults. A small size makeshift bed was given in the extended window ledge which was very uncomfortable also there were ants . We were forced to pay 25% advance and told the booking will be cancelled although bookings were to pay at property. The hotel overcharged us for the stay. The toilet door did not close and was partially open throughout the stay.

The location is very near to the city center yet peaceful and quite. The property is new (looks new) with some construction going on. Lots of greenery on the property and photogenic spots. Food taste was really good. The room service is very good and open all throughout the day.

The rooms in the picture appear big but aren't (they are cozy though). They have a seating area next to the window with it separate cushions to enjoy the view but our view was a wall. another room that we had rented had a view of the walking area hence no privacy. Hence that space in the room was not used much and is useless. Some staff weren't courteous. We had asked for an extension of 45 minutes which was not extended beyond 10 minutes even though the resort was virtually empty and there were no claims on the rooms we were staying in.
