R R Heritage Resort Pure Vegetarian

The staff were helpful and polite.

The booking.com website failed to mention that the resort is purely vegetarian. We don't have a problem having the occasional vegetarian food but would have welcomed a resort which gave us the option of a non-vegetatien menu.

The hotel was in a good location and about a kilometre from the main market. The room was cozy and neat and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Although there was breakfast I could not have it as I had to check out early. Hence, can't comment on it.

My room was at the far end and near the wall of the property. The first impression was negative because the price paid for one night was atrociously high, although it was 31st December. The room was also small by their pricing standards.

Location was good, the grounds were well kept and maintained.

The room was pleasant enough, we booked a room for 3 people. The room was designed for 2 people. There wasn't enough space to put the suitcases, so a little cramped. The hotel food was ok but all menu items seemed to taste the same.

Breakfast has very few options. Lots of scope to add more dishes.
