Parking was on site which was a huge convenience. There were chairs outside our room for us to sit in and enjoy the view of the beach. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy which was great for traveling with children. The motel is in a quiet area. The room was very clean and tidy upon our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Having a full size fridge was another huge convenience.

The location was great, but the room it self was disgusting. The room smelled so bad and was so dirty, the bathroom smelled like black mold and urine, only because it actually had both. The toilet had a urine ring so thick in the toilet as well as outside the toilet because it was never cleaned at any time before our stay. I had to purchase cleaning products and clean the entire room and bathroom myself.

Proximity to the Beach.

Neatness, Bed was Horrible.

Location

No blankets in the room. Floor was gritty. Always had to ask for more wash cloths and towels.

On beach

Condition of room (hole in bathroom wall, rest in tub and sink, damage around the door to the room, holes in the curtains), bedding no comforter or enough blankets, AC unit blew right over top of one bed (unit was where a headboard should be), floors (disgusting carpet in the bedroom), towles (ripped and stained), no bathroom shower mat, stove did not work, (requested it to be fixed and nothing happened), beds hard, no blow dryer, no ice bucket, no tissues. Horrible, horrible.
